After an I-5 connector makes a 1.5 mile dual guide way connection through the ARTIC station complex and Angels Stadium, a proposed 29-mile express monorail system located in the I-5 Freeway center median would serve four stations along the route to Union Station in downtown Los Angeles, as well as, High-Speed Monorail service between Los Angeles and ARTIC.
