Ventura- Los Angeles Commuter Express MonorailThe Ventura-Los Angeles Commuter Express Monorail begins its seventy-mile Los Angeles-bound California Highway 101 median route at the Ventura Fairgrounds Station, traveling across eastern Ventura County to stations at Oxnard, Camarillo and Westlake, continuing to Los Angeles County stations at Calabasas, Tarzana and Griffith Park, and reaching the Downtown Los Angeles Station by means of the I-5 Freeway/Los Angeles River monorail guide way to Union Station.

The Ventura- Los Angeles Commuter Express Monorail is a 62-mile long system that connects to the Santa Barbara Monorail at the Ventura Monorail Station and is aligned above the median of the US-101 Freeway to a point near the I-5 Freeway where it connects to the California High-Speed Monorail System and the siding for the Griffith Park Monorail Transfer Station.
