The monorail station at Livermore is the point at which the American Monorail-proposed California High-Speed Monorail begins its southbound San Joaquin Valley route to Los Angeles, and a 50-mile inbound East San Francisco Bay Commuter Express crosses the Oakland Bay Bridge to downtown San Francisco stations in the Market and Financial districts, and Giants baseball stadium.
