A monorail line running from Westfield Franklin Park to Levis Commons in Perrysburg. One possible route has stops at the Toledo Museum of Art, within Center City, at SeaGate Convention Centre/Huntington Center, the Toledo Zoo, the University of Toledo Health Science Campus, Maumee, and near various parks and shopping centers.
The line could be extended west to provide convenient service to and from Toledo Express Airport.
